Granisetron manages nausea and vomiting due to chemotheraphy, radiotherapy and induced post-operative. It may be a safer option than ondansetron for prevention and treatment of PONV due to lesser prolongation QTc interval.

Launch of Devatis Sore Throat Relief Spray & Gargle, first generic equivalent of Difflam, has been done in June, 2019 for retail market.

Products containining active substances of Benzydamine Hydrochloride and Chlorhexidine Gluconate are used for relief of painful conditions of throat and mouth.

Antiseptic property of Devatis Sore Throat Spray is derived from active substance Chlorhexidine gluconate which is not present in Difflam.
